Many companies currently generate proof sheets that combine visuals with key product details. Proposed Solution: Enable users to add product/order information to a job—via both the app and API—which will be displayed alongside the proof during the approvals process. User Benefits: Clarity: Ensures customers are signing off on both artwork and the correct product Professionalism: Mimics industry-standard proof sheets Efficiency: Reduces miscommunication and the risk of incorrect approvals

Summary: When users download all files from a job or transfer, each file is currently downloaded separately. This creates friction, especially when managing a large number of files. Proposed Solution: Introduce an option to zip multiple files into a single archive before download. This would streamline the download process. 1 1

Proofing: Upload Multiple Design Options for the Customer to Choose from

Problem Printers often upload several design variant proofs (for example, different colours or layouts) but when a client clicks “Approve” on one, all variants are marked approved. This prevents the client from selecting only their preferred design and leads to confusion. Proposed Solution Implement individual proof statuses so that each uploaded design option shows its own “Approve” (and “Reject”) button. Clients can then approve exactly one proof variant, leaving other options pending or explicitly rejected, without affecting the status of the rest. Benefits Precise Client Choice: Clients can select and approve only their chosen design variant, avoiding accidental blanket approvals. Error Reduction: Prevents mix-ups and incorrect job submissions caused by approving all variants at once.

New workflows include automated file corrections and integrated proofing, cutting manual steps and speeding up turnaround times. The platform supports advanced branding and theming controls, giving customers full control over look and feel. SDK support enables embedding into external systems, making integration straightforward. The result is a flexible, scalable portal that improves clarity, reduces friction and supports more complex workflows.

Fixup: Convert CMYK Black Text to 100% Black

Introduce an automated check and correction to ensure black text in CMYK files is set to 100% K only, rather than a mix of CMYK values. A static PDF preview makes this harder to assess, especially for multi-page documents. Proposed Solution: Convert uploaded PDF proofs into an interactive flipping book format. This allows customers to view the document as a realistic page-turning experience, simulating the final printed piece. User Benefits: Improved Accuracy: Helps customers confirm page order, orientation, and flow Better Experience: More intuitive and engaging than static previews Reduced Rework: Minimizes approval errors and misprints by enhancing visual clarity 1 1

Customers often expect to pay only for actual colour pages, especially in large mixed-content jobs like booklets. This added step introduces friction into workflows that are meant to be quick and lightweight. Proposed Solution Enable users to upload a file and perform fix-ups directly, without creating a job. This functionality would allow users to access Artworker’s fix-up tools in a standalone mode — ideal for quick edits, urgent corrections, or pre-job preparation. Benefits Faster turnaround for small or urgent fixes. Reduced friction in the platform for users with straightforward editing needs. Proposed Solution Introduce configurable product templates that group together predefined preflight checks by category. Each template would include: A predefined set of preflight rules tailored to a specific product type (e.g. small format print, packaging). Toggleable checks that can be enabled or disabled per template. Quick job creation interface using a search-select to pick a template, specify number of pages, and size. Users could create, save, and manage these templates, streamlining job setup across teams. Benefits Efficiency: Significantly reduces time spent on repetitive manual input. Accuracy: Minimises human error and ensures consistency across jobs. Scalability: Easier onboarding and standardisation across teams and locations. Flexibility: Allows for fast adjustments to templates as preflight requirements evolve.

Proposed Solution: Enable manual and automatic conversion of rasterised file types (JPEG, PNG, etc.) to PDF upon upload or as a user action, allowing them to be seamlessly processed within existing workflows. User Benefits: Workflow Compatibility: Allows non-PDF files to be used with preflight and fix-up tools Efficiency: Eliminates the need for external conversion before upload Consistency: Standardises file formats for smoother job handling
