Problem

To run Artworker’s File Checks & Fix-Ups at the point of upload, users must first create a Job and send a Job-specific upload link. Any artwork submitted via the generic file-sharing portal skips these validations, leaving no way to check files or relay issues back to customers before submission.

Proposed solution

On the generic file-sharing portal, prompt customers to select a Product Template (e.g. “Business Card – 88×55 mm”) before uploading. Once a template is chosen, Artworker automatically executes the configured File Checks & Fix-Ups in real time and displays any errors or warnings. Only when all checks pass can the customer complete the upload—after which Artworker auto-creates a linked Job in the management system.
