Problem

Currently, when sending an artwork proof to a client, users must choose between using the job artwork or uploading their own files.

This limitation prevents teams from including both the design proof and additional files, such as an associated job quote.

Proposed Solution

Enable users to attach additional files (e.g. a PDF quote) alongside the primary artwork proof when sending it to the client. This could be implemented either by:

Allowing multiple file uploads during the proofing process (with the artwork and any supporting docs like quotes), or

Embedding the quote PDF inline within the client-facing message interface.

Additionally, the approval interface could be updated to reflect that the client is confirming both the artwork and the pricing in one step.
